DIET: Day #9

After I got to the train station I had some time to wait for it and I decided to do my excercises there.
I excercised well:
-3 sets of 10 pushups (2 while waiting at the train)
-100 pushups (waiting for the train)
-2 sets of 10 crunches
-120 pushups (at home at night)
I ate all right:
- I had 1/2 a medium sub (mostly turkey/some ham and lettuce/cheese/tomato/mayo)
-2 Roast Beef Wraps (no mayo with lettuce and tomato)
-2 carrots
-A Smart One microwavable dinner (Creamy Chicken Rigatoni-Good)
-6 bottles of water
-3 diet pepsis
Temptation of the Day:
Pizza delivery
Substitution:
1/2 a sandwich and the Smart One

Why not become vegetarian? It's heart healthy and you had a 400 cholesterol once as I recall...
