DIET: Day #2

I did some exercises before going to work today:
-10 pushups
-10 crunches
-100 jumping jacks

I ate all right all day:
-Chicken pieces with some poultry seasoning on a salad
-free food from Celtics game media room Chicken backed with tomatoes
-brocolli and squash
-and some free mahi mahi
-four bottles of water
I did enjoy some pepsi though:
-one at Garden watching game
-one while trying to get to my car
-one driving home
In Total: 3 Pepsis
