DIET: Day #10

Ate well:
-2 yogurts (heart healthy)
-Smart One (Oriental Chicken)
-celery
-5 bottles of water
Excercised:
-stretched
-2 sets of 10 crunches
-2 sets of 10 pushups (getting easier)
-100 jumping jacks
-50 jumping jacks
Heather's not feeling well:
-so I treated us both to Pizza!
Total Diet Pepsis: 4
