WHAT'S THE MESSAGE?

My friend Hooter sent me a picture and when I tried to view it I realized it was a message full of code...some numbers and picture files...like breadcrumbs...to help me find Hooter...and now I am not sure who to trust...there is someone writing his blog but is it him...do I need to find him is he in trouble...who is the girl in the one picture I have fully desifered...When I duplicate the photo I seriously get extra info every time...
