DIET: Day #4

I excercised a bit better:
-111 jumping jacks in the morning
-1 set of 10 pushups
-1 set of 11 pushups
-2 sets of 10 crunches
I ate well again today:
-carrot and celery slices
-chicken sandwich (with spinach and mustard)
-2 hard-boiled eggs (no yolk/no salt)
-green and wax beans (fresh steamed)
-7 bottles of water
I did enjoy some pepsi:
-1 pepsi before work
-1/2 a pepsi at work
-1 DIET pepsi (to try it)
In Total: 2 Pepsis/ 1 Diet

I am hardly an expert on diets but someone I know was on Atkins for a while and it seemed to help. I salute your efforts, Dusty.
