name the knot he fortunately chose #857 over the only other name he could think of....
When we parted ways so that I could continue doing my rounds they gave me a Friendship Knot...no really...that is what that one is called...and I think I might join this esteemed

club...because I now understand what my mother meant when she told me as a child, "Dusty, There are two ways to get ahead in this world...treat everyone you meet with respect and learn crochet...It didn't make sense then but now I understand...Thanks mom.
The rest of the night I took many opportunities to try and learn some of the knots they had shown me...

Dusty, I love the story of the knot tying club. Only you could find and strike up a relationship with such a group. I think this is one of your great talents...people skills. I believe there is opportunity here as many people are facinated by the oddities of life but are to afraid to go looking in the nooks and crannies as you are. You have the ability to bring the rest of us these glimpses of the unique and unusual. You are like a cross between Mulder and Charles Kuralt. We are fans of your blog. Yours truly George & Laura Bush (not really its Dad, Love ya.)
Dear Dusty, Hi, Dust I'm here with Dad at the house working, finishing up the windows. I've been moving stuff in and around too. It's looking real good and Dad hopes that Oct. we'll be open. Oh I have a comment about one of your pictures. The one with you and Heather with you in the sweaty blue shirt. You guys are the nicest looking couple I've seen and I'm not speaking as your Mother.
